Proof of the Biblical Reset

Proof of the Biblical Reset

Proof 1 – Interruption:  Parshas Va’eira begins in Chapter 6 verse 2 with Hashem commanding Moshe and Aaron to speak to the children of Israel and to Pharoah regarding taking them out of Egypt.  The narrative is interrupted with verse 14 giving us the lineage of Aaron and Moshe – the great-grandchildren of Levi.  The narrative begins in verse 14, “These were the heads of their father’s houses…”  and concludes in verse 25 “… these were the heads of their father’s houses.”  In between these verses the Torah says this Aaron and Moshe had a father who married his father’s sister – a forbidded relationship!  It seems defamatory to interrupt Hashem’s critical conversation with Moshe and Aaron to tell now of their father and mother’s sinful marriage.

Proof 2 – Anonymity:  Moshe and Aaron were exceptionally humble.  They bowed before the congregation and did not seek power for themselves.  Moshe rejected the leadership position, repeatedly.  He did not want the job.  Moshe is first introduced in Shemos (Exodus) chapter 2 verse 1, “A man went from the house of Levi and he took a daughter of Levi.  The woman conceived.”  Why does the Torah not mention Moshe’s lineage here?  If he is the great-grandson of Levi this would be the place to mention it.  It seems disrespectful to call his parents “a certain man” who “took” a daughter, and then refer to Moshe’s mother as “the woman.”

Proof 3 – Yocheved:  Chapter 6 verse 20 tells us “Amram took his aunt Jochebed as a wife, and she bore him Aaron and Moshe.”  In other words, Amram married his aunt – his father’s sister.  Vayikra (Leviticus) Chapter 18 verse 12 lists this is a forbidden relationship.  Verse 29 states the penalty of this relationship is so severe that “anyone who commits this abomination shall be cut off from among Israel.”  Are we to believe that Moshe, Israel’s greatest leader and Aaron, the lineage of kohannim (priests) had parents who should be cut off?  Not only are Amram and Yocheved not cut off they mentioning interruptingly during the most important conversation between Hashem and man in the Bible.  Looking at this passage through our new lens it is more clear that the Torah is emphasizing that since Yosheved was their father’s aunt these could not have been the Aaron and Moshe who Hashem commanded to take Israel out of Egypt.

Proof 4 – Differentiation:  Chapter 6 verse 26 resumes where Torah paused Hashem’s conversation with the Moshe and Aaron who brought Israel out of Egypt 430 years after they entered Egypt.   Before Interruption in verse 14, verse 13 says, “THIS was THE Aaron and Moshe to whom Hashem said, ‘ take the children of Israel out of Egypt.’”  Torah repeats this at the conclusion of the first Aaron and Moshe lineage in verse 26.  Verse 27 says, “THEY were the ones who spoke to Pharoah.”  Verse 28 says, “THIS was THE Moshe and Aaron.”  The three-time repetition is as if the Torah is specifically differentiating between the Moshe and Aaron who were from disreputable parents hundreds of years prior from the Moshe and Aaron of the Exodus who took the children of Israel out of Egypt after 430 years.

Proof 5 – Population:  Shemos 12:37 tells us “about 600,000 men (left Egypt with Moshe), plus children.”  If men are counted from the age of 20, there could be just as many children under the age of 20.  And what about women, and the mixed multitude?  Approximately 3 million people left Egypt.  One of the most difficult things to grasp is how 70 people became 3 million in just 210 years.  Our sages provide commentary that they were born as triplets, quadruplets, and even up to 8 children in a single birth.  That is just difficult to fathom.  However, given our new understanding of 430 years in Egypt the population is much more realistic.

Proof 6 – 400 Years of Slavery:  In Breishis (Genesis) chapter 15 verse 13, “Hashem said to Abram, ‘know with certainty that your offspring shall be aliens in a land not their own – and they will serve them, oppress them – 400 years.”  Rabbinic tradition says the 400 years began with the birth of Isaac.  But this simply does not work.  Yet again the Torah says one thing but means another?  Our new understanding resolves this conflict.  Isaac was never an alien, enslaved or oppressed, and neither were the children of Israel.  However, using our new understanding of the different Moshe and Aaron brothers we can now understand it is completely plausible that Israel entered Egypt with honors but the corrupt Egyptian society began to enslave and oppressed Israel 30 years later which lasted 400 years.  Thus, 430 years is verified.

Breishis chapter 15 verse 16 says, “the 4th generation shall return here (Israel).”  One may easily make the mistake that the generation that returns to Israel is after the conclusion of the 400 years, but they are two separate prophesies separated by Hashem’s promise to Avram in verse 15 that he will be buried at a good old age.  The generation that returned to Israel refers to the tribes (1st generation = Avraham, 2nd generation = Yitzchak, 3rd generation = Yaakov, and 4th generation are the tribes).  None of those generations were enslaved or oppressed, which is further proof that the 400 years had not yet begun in the lives of these generations.

Moshe was not the fourth generation.  He would have been the 7th generation from Avram if we say there were only one pair of Aaron and Moshe.  This proves this passage refers to the children of Israel (ie. 12 Tribes) not the millions of Israelites who dwelled in Egypt 430 years.

Proof 7 – Joshua ben Nun:  Chronicles I, chapter 7 verses 20 to 27 gives us the familial lineage of Joshua ben Nun, who succeeded Moshe, back to Ephraim.  Ten generations of father-son are listed.  The Moshe who’s family lineage is listed in Shemos 6:14 to 25 is only 2 generations from Levi (Kohath, Amram).  Ephraim’s father was Joseph – Levi’s youngest brother.  In other words, Joshua is the 12th generation from Levi.  it makes much more sense that Moses who led the Israelites out of Egypt would be around 10 or 11 generations from Levi, not the great-grandson of Levi.

Proof 8 – The Great Reset:  Few people doubt 2020 brought overnight change worldwide.  A globalist movement assisted by artificial intelligence emerged in 2020.  For the first time in recorded history every corner of the world experienced a coordinated narrative among governmental agencies, news outlets, social media, and search engines.
